I am offering Online Yoga Classes such as Stretch and Relax, Yin Yang Yoga, Guided Meditation and Saturday workshops. These classes are open for every body with inclusive, diverse options and an encouragement to cultivate happiness and gratitude with a focus on the health of the mind in a total body-mind experience.
To be completed by yoga class participants for face to face and remote teaching. All information given will be treated in the strictest confidence and stored in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
