60 minutes of one to one Yoga with Emma on a day and time to suit yourself.

Whether you need to relax with a guided Nidra or Meditation, stretch out or strengthen a back or hip issue, kickstart your metabolism with some Ashtanga or Vinyasa and re-set your mood or learn how to do a specific asana-the list is endless!

Tailor the session to meet your individual requirements where Emma will give you individual cues and assistance to support your practice. If you book more than one session you will receive a personal Yoga Home Plan straight in to your inbox so you can develop your practice at home.
